Our Nurse Practitioner's client offerings include: completing physical examinations/assessments, completing non-acute episodic appointments, provide a medical diagnosis and order treatments (medication and non-medication treatments, if required), make recommendations for health and wellness promotion, complete referral to specialists (if appropriate), complete assessments for school and work, complete medical forms (including disability forms), provide mental health assessments and treatment, provide women's health including perimenopause/menopause care and medical weight loss.

Our psychologist completes testing for mental health conditions, and therapy as part of the treatment of your mental health care and wellness.

Our Nurse Practitioners (NP) complete health forms for school and work, as well as disability paperwork. As part of this process, we may need to see you for an in-person assessment if required, depending on the form being completed. The first step in having a disability application completed, is to book an initial "discovery" appointment with our NP. This appointment with provide a preliminary review of your health and function and medical history, to determine if completing a disability application is the right decision for you. For disability applications to be completed, we require medical documents to review, such as your medical chart (this can be accomplished by faxing or emailing via our encrypted email service). This may require additional visits, and the fee to complete disability paperwork may differ based on the amount of information to review and complexity of the application.

Our owner and Nurse Practitioner Angela McGraw provides an in-depth assessment for women considering the option of using hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options to treat their perimenopause and/or menopause symptoms. The menopause transition is a very individual journey, we work collaboratively with you to find treatment options that are safe and evidenced based - allowing you to make an informed decision on what works best for YOU. We also provide assessments and treatment for contraception and sexual health concerns.

Our NP Angela McGraw can help individuals in their weight loss journey. We provide an assessment to determine what treatment is best suited for each individuals needs. We follow evidence based guidelines regarding treatment with medications for weight loss. We use a holistic approach in terms of developing your treatment plan that includes nutrition, physical activity, mental wellness, stress management and self care.
